25 Million Stitches - This is an amazing cooperative embroidery piece bringing awareness to the global refugee crisis. It is a beautiful example of the power of hand stitching. The exhibit is stunning and overwhelming. It brings joy to my heart to see so much creativity and participation. This show just closed at the San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles and I’m hoping it shows around the Bay Area again soon. Highly recommend.
